New Year’s Eve at the foot of the Făgăraș Mountains

We look forward to welcoming you in the afternoon. After check-in you are invited to the restaurant of the complex, where you will be greeted with mulled wine, plum brandy or blueberry liqueur — a fine aperitif before dinner.

19:30 — Dinner is served.

08:30 – 10:30 — Breakfast.

11:00 — Trip to the Evangelical Church in Cârța, where Misch — “the Saxons’ priest” — welcomes you with a traditional Saxon snack and with legends about the Cistercian monks and the monastery built in the 13th century, in the Early Gothic style.

14:00 — Picnic in the open, about 800 m from the complex. Lunch with a barbecue and skewers made on the spot. Anyone who likes can roast their own bacon and pastrami over the embers, while potatoes bake in the embers all afternoon. The mulled wine and the other drinks are right there, by the fire. For those who can’t sit still: ice fishing, archery and badminton.

21:00 — The New Year’s Eve party: buffet menu, open bar, DJ music and dancing, from the Romanian and international repertoire. At the turn of the year, under a display of fireworks, we raise a glass of champagne.

As the party ended at dawn, the day is devoted to recovery and active relaxation.

09:30 – 13:00 — Brunch.

14:00 — Those who wish are invited on a tour of the Trout Farm with the staff of the complex: the Arpășel Reserve, the hydroelectric power plant, the trout rearing and the farm outbuildings. Walks in the surrounding area; the sauna and jacuzzi remain at guests’ disposal.

20:00 — Dinner, followed by a campfire and part two of the party, in the specially arranged hall. Tonight, too, the DJ is in charge of the good mood.

08:30 – 10:30 — Breakfast.

13:00 — Lunch is served.

14:00 — Farewell from the staff of the complex. On departure, every participant receives a surprise package of our own natural products.

Send a request by email to contact@pastravaria-albota.ro. Places are reserved in the order of written confirmations. To secure the rooms definitively, you pay a 30% deposit, and the proof of payment is also sent by email.

The remaining 70% of the package price must be paid by 27 November 2026 at the latest, with the proof sent by email.

Until 1 November 2026 — full or partial cancellation, without penalty. Between 2 and 27 November 2026 — a penalty of 30% of the package price. After 27 November 2026 — a penalty of 100%.

If legal restrictions beyond our control prevent us from holding the event or restrict your travel, the amounts paid in advance will be refunded in full.
