Our story
An authentic hideaway, between the mountains and the water
We raise trout in the cold water that flows down from the Făgăraș Mountains, and around the ponds we have built a place worth stopping for: warm wooden rooms, good food and the quiet of the deciduous forest.
The trout we raise here is cooked in our restaurant — from farm to plate.

The trout is raised here and cooked in our restaurant. The Angus beef comes from our own farm.
