Our story
An authentic hideaway, between the mountains and the water
We raise trout in the cold water that flows down from the Făgăraș Mountains, and around the ponds we have built a place worth stopping for: warm wooden rooms, good food and the quiet of the deciduous forest.
From the water to your plate is just a few steps — the rest is all views.

From the water to your plate
The trout comes to your table from the ponds just a few metres from the terrace. Everything else comes from farms nearby — including locally raised Angus beef.
