Welcome to the Albota complex!

All our products are artisanal, made with ingredients from our own farms: homemade sausages, zacuscă (vegetable spread), jams, hearth-baked bread, dairy, buffalo milk ice cream and much more.

We raise sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, Angus cattle, pigs and buffalo to make sure that every step, from farm to plate, is done right.

We are a handful of hardworking people from the foot of the Făgăraș Mountains, carrying on the tradition of the area’s produce in an authentic way.
