A restaurant with its own trout farm

From farm to plate

Trout we raise ourselves, Angus beef from our own farm and wild berries picked in the Făgăraș Mountains.

Our philosophy

From farm to plate, for real

Raised in our own water

The trout grow in cold water flowing down from the Făgăraș Mountains, in the complex’s own ponds.

Cooked in our restaurant

We raise the trout, and we’re the ones who cook it — from farm to plate.

Served with a view

On the terrace overlooking the ponds and the forest. The rest is scenery and quiet.
