Natural and complex manufactured products

Within the Albota Complex, the products are natural and manufactured on the premises or in the two related farms in Carțișoara and Poienița, increasing the sustainability of the new products. Here, there are food processing workshops, such as the piggery, slaughterhouse, bakery and dairy processing workshop. Even the water served in the restaurant of the Albota Complex is drilled from a depth of 300 meters and bottled within the Complex.

The fertility of our land in every glass and plate

A significant part of the vegetables and fruits used in our preparations comes from specially designed greenhouses within the complex. Here, optimal growing conditions ensure freshness and superior quality, bringing the full bouquet of fresh, natural flavours to every snack and main course.
